At INTERNATIONAL GOSHIN-BUDO ASSOCIATION, you can experience Japan's traditional "Koryu Kenjutsu" and "TsurugiGoshinBudo," a self-defense martial art based on Aiki Jujutsu passed down by samurai.
In the 2-hour lesson, you will

Learn Traditional Japanese Martial Arts and the Spirit of Bushido
Hiro Kuroki, the representative of INTERNATIONAL GOSHIN-BUDO ASSOCIATION, is a martial artist who has undergone rigorous training, such as training deep in the mountains and going to waterfalls, is one of the few masters of Daito-ryu Aiki Jiu-Jitsu in Japan, is the grandmaster of TsurugiGoshinBudo, and is said to be the "leading expert in self-defense" in Japan.
At this dojo, a teacher who has undergone rigorous training from a grandmaster will teach in English.
Japanese martial arts techniques will impart "graceful movements," "strong body," and "flexible power." The spirit of Bushido teaches the importance of living each moment fully, compassion, justice, courtesy, and sincerity, guiding you towards a valuable life.
Koryu Kenjutsu Experience Lesson - 2 Hours
You can experience authentic Koryu Kenjutsu, as practiced by Japanese samurai, in English. These genuine techniques have been passed down since the early Edo period.
Beginners are welcome, and detailed guidance ensures you can participate with confidence.
Opening Campaign: ¥12,000 per person (Regular ¥16,000) Price: ¥12,000 per person, ¥11,000 for children (5-14) Includes attire rental.

Shared lesson with 2-6 participants (2-10 during peak times).
When samurai faced broken swords on the battlefield, they used jujutsu to defeat their opponents.
Among these techniques, Daito-ryu Aiki Jujutsu is renowned for its excellence.
Hiro Kuroki, a master of Daito-ryu Aiki Jujutsu, offers an experience in self-defense martial arts based on these techniques, taught in English.

Hiro Kuroki began martial arts in middle school to overcome bullying.In April 1987, he joined the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, graduated top of his training unit, and was assigned to an elite unit.
After leaving the Self-Defense Force, he trained through mountain retreats and waterfall practices.
He entered Seidokaikan and won the All Kyushu Newcomer's Tournament heavyweight division six months later.
In 1998, he began training in Daito-ryu Aiki Jujutsu and was certified as a master by the head family in 2012.
The Akihabara mass stabbing incident in June 2008 prompted him to start teaching self-defense.
He has taught self-defense to professionals, martial artists, and the general public, conducting over 300 seminars in Japan and instructing over 10,000 people in companies, municipalities, and educational institutions.
He has also taught self-defense to over 8,000 children in schools.
